My Aunt recently bought an E machine package that included the lexmark X5270 all in one printer. Now if the printer is connected to the computer upon start up. The computer won't boot, will not even allow you to get to the bios. If you unconnect the USB, Start the computer and then plug the printer in everything

Can't install printer driver.
Downloaded the (presumed) latest driver from the Lexmark website. Installed with no errors. Scanner works fine, we keep getting a communication error on the printer. Printer worked with Win98 before we upgraded to Win2000. Uninstalled and reinstalled in Safe Mode. No difference. Any insight into why this does not

Bought Lexmark X5270 printer with usb. Install seems to work ok and I have the programs for the printer, but have the error "required section was not found in INF" and is says the driver was not installed. Also saw a reference to Windows not being able to find C:\windowsystem\spool\drivers\w32x86\3\lxbtpxwx.exe
